DiscoverRx is transforming the way Healthcare Providers interact with Pharma Reps by creating a digital marketplace for ordering samples.
The current model of Provider to Pharma Rep relationship is inefficient and dependent on in-person visits by the Pharma Rep. Since each drug is associated with a unique Pharma Rep, Providers spend a significant amount of time and energy to contact representatives and request drug samples. Providers need to sift through outdated rolodexes to contact their Pharma Reps, navigate various Pharma websites to get information about drugs, and manage all their relationships and sample orders on notepads or spreadsheets.
